Mighty Micron Filter series
KOKEN's "Micron Filter", an innovative electrostatic filter, provides
a remarkably high particulate filtering efficiency, and a large capacity to hold
particulates. With our unique plasticization technology to build up static electricity
to wool based material, a challenging trade-off subject such as "high particulate
filtering efficiency, low breathing resistance and long service life" have
been attained. Moreover, besides using the electrostatic filtering, the mechanical
filtering capability utilizing clogged particulate is also taken into our design
to obtain the best overall performance against mist, oil mist and fume in welding
operation. |

Alpha-Ring
Filters series
The more the fiber density of mechanical filter
is high, the higher particulate filtering efficiency is obtained.
Here, it becomes important to maintain the inhalation resistance
as low as possible. By folding large mechanical filter up compactly
in the shape of a concentric circle, the Alpha-Ring filter has solved
trade-off subject such as "high particulate filtering efficiency
and low inhalation resistance". Since 1999, KOKEN has been supplying
the Alpha-Ring Filters into the market. |
