Creates a clean air environment in a matter of minutes

A clean air space can be formed a few minutes after the switch is turned on

A clean bench requires a warm-up operation before work

A typical clean bench is defined as an enclosed area that is specially designed to control air cleanliness level to meet the necessary environmental conditions by sending filtered clean air into it to dilute dirt and dust with that clean air. To achieve a desired air cleanliness level, therefore, a warm-up operation is required before work. However, a possible long warm-up time is required depending on the size of the area and the desired level of air cleanliness may be costly as well as time-consuming.

KOACH can create a clean air zone in an overwhelmingly short time

The KOACH creates a clean air zone by making purified, coherent airflows having the same vector generated by the two opposing hoods collide with each other at the center between the hoods and pushing them out vertically as well as horizontally. Since KOACH is a sytem that creates a clean air zone by discharging air rather than diluting, it does not require a long time to achieve a necessary level of air cleanliness.
The KOACH can create an ISO Class 1 clean air environment a few minutes after the switch is turned on and does not take much time to prepare before starting work, thus greatly reducing the electricity cost required for warm-up operation.

Unlike a clean bench that is enclosed by walls, the KOACH can be used with a work table which is accessible from three dimensions horizontally as well as vertically.
Since there are many air-flow discharge routes, it is possible to immediately discharge contaminants generated during work.
